SailPoint Technologies has transformed its Pune office meeting infrastructure with an integrated Kramer AV solution designed to allow two independent meeting rooms to operate separately or combine into a larger collaboration space.
The project addresses a common workplace challenge: meeting rooms need to support everything from small team discussions and hybrid meetings to executive presentations, training sessions and town halls without requiring complex manual reconfiguration.
Delivered with SRSG Broadcast India, the solution integrates professional audio, 4K video distribution, wireless collaboration, USB connectivity and centralised room control across a dedicated AV network.

At the core of the video architecture is the Kramer VS-66H2 matrix switcher, supported by USB-C and HDMI connectivity through SWT3-22-HU-WP-T wall plates and wireless presentation using Kramer VIA Connect3. Kramer EXT3-TR and TP-583R HDBaseT solutions support 4K60 video and control signal distribution.
The audio environment uses dual Kramer DSP-62-AEC processors for acoustic echo cancellation, automatic microphone mixing and noise suppression. Kramer PA-240Z amplifiers and ceiling loudspeakers provide audio coverage across the rooms.
Hybrid collaboration is supported through the Kramer SWT3-41-U, enabling cameras, microphones and USB peripherals to be shared when the rooms are combined.
A Kramer KC-Virtual Brain1 coordinates video, audio, USB and room-combine functions, while RC-308 wall controllers and an Apple iPad interface provide user control.
The result is a room environment where users can select Room 1, Room 2 or Combined mode with one-touch control. For SailPoint, the integrated architecture also simplifies IT support while creating a scalable foundation for evolving hybrid-work requirements.
