Collaboration combines DXC’s enterprise technology expertise with ElevenLabs’ generative voice AI capabilities to accelerate AI-powered business transformation

DXC Technology has announced a strategic partnership with AI voice technology specialist ElevenLabs to accelerate the adoption of enterprise-grade voice AI solutions and expand its AI-first transformation strategy. As part of the collaboration, DXC will integrate ElevenLabs’ advanced voice AI capabilities across its internal operations and customer-facing solutions, aiming to improve productivity, modernize customer engagement, and create new AI-powered business services.

The partnership comes alongside DXC’s participation in ElevenLabs’ recent $500 million Series D funding round, which valued the voice AI company at approximately $11 billion. The investment reflects DXC’s confidence in the growing role of generative voice technologies in enterprise transformation and the future of human-machine interaction.

Through the collaboration, DXC plans to deploy AI voice agents and copilots across its global operations to enhance service desk functions, employee training, and knowledge management. The companies also intend to develop more natural and multilingual customer engagement experiences by embedding advanced voice interfaces into customer service platforms.

“Voice is becoming a primary interface for how enterprises engage with customers and employees,” said Raul Fernandez, President and CEO of DXC Technology. “Our partnership with ElevenLabs allows DXC to move faster in embedding AI into everything we do, from internal operations to the solutions we deliver for clients.”

The alliance supports DXC’s broader FastTrack innovation strategy, which focuses on scaling next-generation AI, SaaS, and platform-driven solutions across industries. By combining ElevenLabs’ voice AI expertise with DXC’s application modernization, industry solutions, and platform engineering capabilities, the companies aim to create new AI-native offerings for enterprise customers.

Potential use cases span customer experience transformation, intelligent virtual assistants, digital workforce automation, and industry-specific AI applications designed to streamline business processes and improve service delivery. The partnership will also include joint go-to-market initiatives and co-development efforts through DXC’s LabX AI product incubator.

Ben Budde, Revenue Leader at ElevenLabs, said the collaboration will help bring advanced voice AI into complex enterprise environments, enabling new levels of automation, accessibility, and productivity.

As organizations increasingly embrace AI-powered interactions, DXC and ElevenLabs believe voice technology will play an increasingly important role in shaping customer experiences and business operations. The partnership aims to help enterprises deploy human-like conversational AI at scale while accelerating the transition toward AI-native digital services.
