“Digital transformation only succeeds when experimentation evolves into measurable, scalable impact.”

As Qatar accelerates the next chapter of its national digital agenda, Deloitte stepped onto the Web Summit Qatar 2026 stage as a Gold Sponsor, driving forward high‑level conversations around in‑country private cloud, emerging technology governance, and enterprise AI. Spread across four days, the Summit brought together regional leaders, global innovators, and decision‑makers shaping the future of digital transformation.

From February 1st to 4th, Deloitte led a series of senior‑level masterclasses and contributed to a strategic panel discussion mobilizing public sector leaders, enterprise executives, and technology partners around one core theme: turning innovation from experimentation into measurable, scalable impact.

Deloitte’s headline masterclass, delivered with Oracle and Ooredoo, took center stage in the discussion around building resilient national infrastructure.
Titled “In‑Country Private Cloud in Qatar – Unlocking Potentials for the Future,” the session on February 2 featured two expert panels. The first examined the national benefits of localized cloud capabilities, while the second explored how Qatar’s financial institutions can pursue secure, scalable cloud transformation aligned with national priorities.

On February 3, Deloitte turned attention to the rising tension between innovation and oversight through its session “Beyond the Hype: Strategic Governance for Emerging Tech.” The masterclass unpacked how organizations can embed proactive governance into their technology roadmaps balancing opportunity with responsibility as they embrace next‑generation solutions.

The conversation advanced further on February 4 with Deloitte’s keynote masterclass, “Agentic AI in the Enterprise Recipe for Success.” The session examined the rise of autonomous AI agents and how enterprises can push past pilot projects to achieve real business outcomes through agentic automation.

At the Corporate Innovation Summit stage, Yasmin Kayali, Chief Marketing Officer and Societal Impact Leader at Deloitte Middle East, joined regional leaders to discuss “Building Regional Champions with Global Impact.” The session explored how Middle Eastern enterprises can develop globally competitive capabilities rooted in local strength.

Reflecting on Qatar’s national digital priorities, Mohamad Madhoun, Partner and Government & Public Services Leader – Qatar, noted: “As Qatar advances its national digital agenda, the focus is shifting from technology adoption to long‑term capability building. In-country private cloud and resilient digital infrastructure are foundational to secure public services, economic diversification and sustainable growth.”

Adding to this momentum, Faisal Darras, Oracle Lead Alliance Partner at Deloitte Middle East, emphasized the value of global collaboration: “Our masterclass with Ooredoo and Oracle, alongside the expert teams at the Ooredoo booth, is ready to share global lessons to help Qatari enterprises start their cloud and AI transformations today.”

Through its dynamic participation in Web Summit Qatar 2026, Deloitte continues to shape the region’s path toward secure, scalable, and impact‑driven digital transformation—supporting both public and private sector organizations as they navigate complex technology transitions and build resilient futures.
