The collaboration brings together DXC’s global technology services expertise and Boomi’s AI-driven automation platform to simplify integration, collapse complexity, and deliver enterprise-ready innovation.

“Agentic transformation isn’t a future trend — it’s an enterprise imperative,” said Steve Lucas, Chairman and CEO at Boomi.

The partnership will focus on three core areas:

  • Application Modernization: delivering modern, cloud-native integration to replace outdated middleware and speed transformation.
  • AI-Driven Migration and Data Readiness: unifying mission-critical systems across operations, finance, logistics, and more for efficiency and faster decision-making.

A dedicated Boomi Center of Excellence (COE) will be established within DXC to serve as an innovation hub, offering reusable assets, proven patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency and delivery excellence across industries and regions.

“Many enterprises today are overwhelmed by disconnected systems and technical debt,” said T.R.
