Inception42 Takes Agentic AI Into the Boardroom with Insight

Inception42

Inception42, G42’s agentic AI company, is taking its AI strategy beyond operational automation with the launch of Insight, a decision intelligence platform designed to bring institutional knowledge and agentic reasoning into board and executive decision-making.

Unveiled at AI Everything Abu Dhabi 2026, Insight is positioned as an AI layer for the executive meeting cycle, helping leaders access organisational knowledge and make faster, more informed decisions. The platform is already being used across government and enterprise boards in the UAE and is now being offered through SaaS and private-cloud deployments, widening its potential reach.

The launch also highlights Inception42’s broader strategy: building an ecosystem around its agentic AI products rather than relying solely on direct technology deployment.

“A lot of the conversation this week has been about what AI can do. At Inception42, we think the real measure is whether it helps the people running an organization make better calls. That’s exactly where Insight sits, and where our partnership agreements will be transformative.”

— Ashish Koshy, CEO, Inception42

The company announced three strategic partnerships. Frog, part of Capgemini Invent, will support go-to-market expansion across the Gulf, Southeast Asia, the UK and Europe. McKinsey will work with Inception42 on taking Insight into international markets, while UAE-based Solutions+ will support the rollout of Catalyst, Inception42’s agentic operating system, across government and enterprise customers.

The partnerships suggest a deliberate shift from showcasing AI capabilities to building channels through which agentic systems can be deployed at scale.

Insight addresses one of the less explored areas of enterprise AI: how AI can influence the quality and speed of leadership decisions, rather than simply automate individual tasks.

With Insight and Catalyst, Inception42 is positioning agentic AI as part of the organisational operating layer—connecting institutional knowledge, decision-making and execution while keeping human leadership at the centre.
