Global workplace recognition highlights Veeam’s employee-first culture, with 83% of team members rating it as a great place to work.

Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, has been awarded the 2026 Great Place To Work Certification across all 25 eligible countries where it operates, reinforcing its commitment to fostering a people-first workplace culture. The certification is based entirely on confidential employee feedback, with 83% of Veeam employees stating that the company is a great place to work.

The globally recognized certification, issued by Great Place To Work®, evaluates workplace culture based on employee trust, pride, camaraderie, leadership, and overall workplace experience rather than company claims.

Lucy Hur, Chief People Officer at Veeam, said the recognition reflects the company’s values-driven culture built on collaboration, innovation, curiosity, and ownership, empowering employees to grow while delivering meaningful business impact.

“Knowing that 83% of our employees say Veeam is a great place to work proves our values are reflected in their everyday experience.” — Lucy Hur, Chief People Officer, Veeam

Veeam CEO Anand Eswaran emphasized that people remain the company’s greatest competitive advantage in the AI era, noting that organizations combining human expertise with artificial intelligence will be best positioned to deliver superior customer outcomes.

The certification spans Veeam’s workforce across 25 countries, including India, the UAE, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Canada, France, Italy, and several other global markets.

The recognition comes shortly after Veeam was named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Backup & Data Protection Platforms for the tenth consecutive year, highlighting the company’s continued leadership in data resilience, AI trust, and enterprise data protection.

Headquartered in Seattle, Veeam serves more than 550,000 customers worldwide, including 80% of Fortune 500 companies, with solutions focused on data resilience, security, governance, compliance, and AI-powered data management.
