Logistics leader TruKKer migrates to Tencent Cloud Saudi Arabia as Tencent accelerates regional cloud and AI investments ahead of LEAP 2026
Tencent Cloud has strengthened its Middle East growth strategy through a new partnership with TruKKer, the region’s largest digital freight network, as demand for cloud computing and artificial intelligence continues to accelerate across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
Under the agreement, TruKKer will migrate its logistics platform to Tencent Cloud’s Saudi Arabia region and adopt CodeBuddy, Tencent’s AI-powered coding assistant, to enhance software development, DevOps efficiency, and platform operations. The partnership underscores the growing adoption of advanced cloud and AI technologies by enterprises seeking to improve scalability, operational agility, and customer experience.
The announcement comes ahead of LEAP 2026 and reflects Tencent Cloud’s broader commitment to supporting digital transformation initiatives across the Kingdom. Saudi Arabia has emerged as one of the region’s most dynamic technology markets, with increasing adoption of artificial intelligence across both public and private sectors.

Tencent is also expanding access to its latest AI innovation, Tencent Hy3, a large language model built on a hybrid Mixture-of-Experts architecture. The model offers advanced reasoning and agentic AI capabilities and is now available to enterprises and developers across the Middle East through multiple Tencent platforms and services.
The TruKKer partnership builds on Tencent Cloud’s continued investments in Saudi Arabia, including the launch of its first Middle East Cloud Region and the establishment of local cloud infrastructure supported by more than US$150 million in investment commitments. Earlier this year, the company also secured the Kingdom’s highest cloud certification tier from the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST).
Pradeep Mallavarapu, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of TruKKer Middle East, said the move to Tencent Cloud’s local infrastructure will help the company deliver greater operational efficiency, enhanced scalability, and improved service reliability across its freight network.
