Soika Labs Opens Mockingjay Network Early Access for Collaborative AI Agents

Soika Labs

Dubai-based company offers 5,000 complimentary credits to help businesses deploy specialised AI agents for tasks ranging from marketing and procurement to recruitment and real estate.

Soika Labs has opened early access to Mockingjay Network, its proprietary agentic AI platform designed to help businesses automate operations through specialised AI agents that can communicate and collaborate across organisations.

The Dubai-based company is offering early access users 5,000 complimentary credits to build and deploy AI agents across business functions, including hiring, customer relationship management (CRM), communications and real estate. Connected through the Global Agentic Neural Network (GANN), agents belonging to different companies can coordinate tasks towards shared objectives.

The initiative comes as the UAE advances its National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, with businesses increasingly looking to move beyond AI experimentation towards practical applications that improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Mockingjay Network is positioned as an operating system for agent-driven business processes. It combines multiple large language models (LLMs) with automated model routing, directing tasks to suitable models. Soika Labs says this approach can reduce credit consumption by up to 70%.

“We believe businesses here can be at the forefront of how agentic AI is adopted in everyday operations.” — Enzo Amur, CEO, Soika Labs

Potential applications include marketing teams coordinating campaign planning, social media, advertising, public relations and website activity. The company cites an example in which a campaign moved from brief to launch in 14 days, compared with a traditional timeline of 11 weeks.

In procurement, the platform can distribute an enquiry to 12 suppliers simultaneously and compare quotations across currencies, delivery terms and lead times before proceeding with contract and compliance checks. Real estate businesses can use agents to publish listings, qualify enquiries, schedule viewings and prepare documentation.

“ This phase is important because it gives businesses the opportunity to experience the technology while giving us a deeper understanding of how they want to use it,” said Enzo Amur, CEO of Soika Labs.

As AI agents take on more operational responsibilities, the platform also allows organisations to define permissions, access levels and approval points to retain human oversight.

The early access programme will help Soika Labs assess business adoption and the potential for inter-company collaboration through AI agents ahead of a wider launch planned for December 2026.
