ServiceNow

At its flagship customer and partner event, Knowledge 2026, ServiceNow introduced a comprehensive suite of AI-driven innovations aimed at helping enterprises accelerate adoption and derive value across the entire AI lifecycle from data to decision, execution, and governance.

Central to the announcements is the AI Control Tower, designed to provide organizations with a unified command center for managing AI systems. The capability enables enterprises to monitor performance, enforce governance policies, and ensure compliance, offering much-needed visibility into increasingly complex AI environments.

“AI is the defining technology of our time, and enterprises need a unified platform to harness its full potential,” said Bill McDermott, CEO, ServiceNow.

ServiceNow also spotlighted its Autonomous Workforce vision, which leverages AI-powered agents to automate complex, multi-step tasks across business functions. This move signals a shift from traditional workflow automation to intelligent, self-operating systems that can enhance productivity while reducing manual intervention.

In addition, the company enhanced its data intelligence capabilities to help enterprises unlock real-time insights from fragmented data sources. By ensuring that AI models are powered by contextual and high-quality data, ServiceNow aims to improve decision-making accuracy and business outcomes.

“Our focus is to bring intelligence, automation, and trust together to power the next wave of enterprise transformation,” said Amit Zavery, COO & CPO, ServiceNow.

Security and trust formed a key pillar of the announcements. The platform now incorporates advanced security controls and governance frameworks to support responsible AI deployment, addressing growing concerns around compliance, risk, and data protection.

These updates underline ServiceNow’s strategic evolution into a full-stack AI platform provider. By bringing together automation, intelligence, and security within a single ecosystem, the company is positioning itself to simplify AI adoption for enterprises navigating complex digital transformation journeys.

With these innovations, ServiceNow aims to empower organizations to operationalize AI at scale driving efficiency, improving agility, and ensuring transparency and trust across every stage of the AI value chain.
