JAGGAER Launches JAI, an AI Assistant to Simplify and Accelerate Procurement

JAGGAER

JAGGAER has introduced JAI, a new AI-powered assistant designed to streamline procurement processes by delivering instant, policy-compliant answers to employee queries while unlocking deeper insights into enterprise spending.

The tool is built to address a common enterprise challenge delays caused by routine procurement queries such as approval requirements or preferred suppliers. Traditionally handled through support tickets, these interactions often slow down workflows and increase operational overhead.

JAI eliminates this friction by allowing employees to ask questions in natural language across 28 languages and receive immediate responses grounded in company-specific policies and data. Unlike generic AI tools, JAI operates within the organization’s own procurement environment, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls.

“JAI changes the equation by delivering trusted, policy-aware answers instantly helping teams make smarter procurement decisions without delays.” — Andrew Roszko, CEO, JAGGAER

Early adoption metrics highlight strong impact, with customers reporting up to a 50% reduction in support tickets within the first year, significant time savings across more than 40 workflows, and rapid user adoption in some cases.

Beyond query resolution, JAI also enables procurement teams to analyze spending patterns more efficiently. The assistant can identify off-contract purchases, flag supplier risks, and uncover cost optimization opportunities tasks that typically require extensive manual analysis.

Fully integrated into the JAGGAER platform, JAI respects existing security and access permissions, ensuring users only access information relevant to their roles. The solution is available immediately and can be deployed quickly, allowing organizations to realize value without long implementation cycles.

With this launch, JAGGAER is reinforcing its push toward AI-driven procurement, positioning JAI as a foundational step toward more autonomous, data-driven sourcing and supplier management.
