Neurovia AI Appoints Rashed Aleghfeli as COO, to Showcase AI Infrastructure Vision at UAE Data Center Summit 2026

Robo.ai has appointed Emirati executive Rashed Aleghfeli as the Chief Operating Officer of its wholly owned subsidiary, Neurovia AI, strengthening the company’s leadership as it expands its AI infrastructure initiatives across the Middle East.

In his new role, Aleghfeli will oversee day-to-day operations and strategic execution for Neurovia AI, a company focused on AI infrastructure and visual data processing technologies. With more than a decade of experience spanning government relations, operational management, and international collaboration, he brings extensive expertise gained during his tenure with the Government of Ajman. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from the University of Wales and has completed management training programs in the United States.

Neurovia AI also announced its participation as the Official AI Infrastructure Partner at the UAE Data Center Infrastructure & Cloud Summit 2026, taking place on June 11 in Abu Dhabi. Aleghfeli will represent the company and deliver a keynote presentation titled, “Unload Data Burden, Unlock AI Power: Building a Resilient AI Infrastructure in UAE.”

The summit, hosted by the UAE Cyber Security Council and supported by the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure, brings together government leaders, regulators, and technology executives to discuss digital infrastructure investments and cloud transformation strategies. During the event, Neurovia AI will highlight how its NeuroStream™ platform can enhance data processing, compression, and edge computing capabilities to support smart cities, autonomous systems, and government-led digital transformation initiatives.

According to the company, the appointment and summit participation reinforce Robo.ai’s strategic position within the region’s evolving digital infrastructure ecosystem while supporting the broader commercialization of its AI-driven data technologies and global machine economy platform.
