Magna AI, Saudi Xerox Partner to Advance Sovereign AI Infrastructure in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Xerox

Magna AI and Saudi Xerox have announced a strategic collaboration aimed at accelerating the development of sovereign AI infrastructure across Saudi Arabia, supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 digital transformation goals.

The agreement was formalized during the Global AI Show 2026 in Riyadh, where leaders from both organizations outlined a framework to build secure, scalable, and locally governed AI ecosystems. The partnership will focus on enabling AI data centers, sovereign AI factory capabilities, and enterprise-scale AI adoption across both government initiatives and private sector organizations.

“Saudi Arabia is building one of the most ambitious national AI agendas in the world, and that requires infrastructure with governance and security built in,” said Dr. Moataz BinAli, CEO of Magna AI.

The move comes at a time of rapid growth in Saudi Arabia’s AI infrastructure sector. According to industry estimates, the Kingdom’s AI data center market is projected to expand significantly from $0.63 billion in 2025 to $1.74 billion by 2030, driven by government-led digital investments, data sovereignty requirements, and increasing demand for localized AI workloads.

Under the partnership, Magna AI will lead the development of AI factory architectures, platform engineering, and governance frameworks, leveraging its integrated value-chain approach and collaborations with global technology leaders such as NVIDIA, Trend Micro, and Wistron. Saudi Xerox will complement this effort with its strong local presence, supporting infrastructure deployment, compliance alignment, and on-ground execution across the Kingdom.

“This collaboration enables organizations to adopt AI in a secure, compliant, and practical way aligned with national priorities,” added Mehmet Sezer, General Manager of Saudi Xerox.

The collaboration is expected to deliver a broad range of capabilities, including sovereign AI factories for large-scale model training and deployment, secure AI operations aligned with local regulatory requirements, and industry-specific AI applications. It will also include initiatives focused on AI skills development and workforce readiness to support long-term national growth.

As enterprises and governments increasingly adopt AI technologies, ensuring data security, governance, and operational control has become critical. The partnership aims to address these challenges by enabling organizations to build AI systems that are not only scalable but also compliant with Saudi Arabia’s data residency and cybersecurity frameworks.

Magna AI, which is showcasing its platforms and solutions at the Global AI Show as a title sponsor, emphasized its commitment to supporting national AI ecosystems through localized partnerships. Saudi Xerox, with more than four decades of experience in the Kingdom, brings established expertise in managed services, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation.

Together, the two companies aim to help Saudi Arabia transition from AI experimentation to full-scale, production-ready deployments, enabling organizations to unlock measurable business outcomes while maintaining sovereignty, security, and regulatory compliance in an increasingly AI-driven economy.
