Global cloud communications platform Infobip has expanded its strategic partnership with Digitas Middle East, the marketing transformation arm of Publicis Groupe, to help global brands accelerate AI-driven customer engagement across multiple channels.

The collaboration will focus on building a joint service practice around Infobip’s AgentOS platform, combining Infobip’s communications infrastructure with Publicis Groupe’s expertise in data, artificial intelligence, customer experience strategy, media transformation, and digital marketing. The partnership is backed by a global framework agreement, with initial rollout planned across the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions.

As organizations increasingly invest in AI-powered customer experiences, the partnership aims to bridge the gap between marketing transformation and real-time customer communications. By integrating AI-driven personalization with omnichannel messaging, brands will be able to deliver more engaging, relevant, and scalable customer interactions.
