Epicor Appoints Rachel Barger as Chief Revenue Officer to Drive Global Growth Strategy

Epicor has appointed Rachel Barger as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), reinforcing the company’s commitment to accelerating global growth, expanding customer engagement, and strengthening its position in the industry-specific enterprise software market.

Barger brings more than two decades of leadership experience across enterprise software and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), having held senior executive roles at major technology companies including UKG, Cisco, and SAP. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale go-to-market organizations across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions, with a strong focus on customer success, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.

In her new role, Barger will oversee Epicor’s global sales and recurring revenue operations, leading strategy and execution efforts designed to accelerate growth across the company’s customer base in the manufacturing, distribution, retail, and supply chain sectors.
