Leadership transition underway following center3 acquisition

CMC Networks, the pan-African and Middle East-focused global service provider, today announced the departure of its CEO Marisa Trisolino, effective May 9, 2025.

Trisolino, who led CMC since 2018, played a pivotal role in the company’s rapid growth, strategic innovation, and its recent acquisition by center3, a subsidiary of the stc Group. Under her leadership, CMC Networks strengthened its footprint across 51 African countries and 11 Middle Eastern nations.
