Partnership aims to enable compliance and finance transformation ahead of 2026 mandate
CPX Holding has partnered with SpendConsole to introduce a sovereign, AI-driven e-invoicing platform designed to support the UAE’s upcoming regulatory framework.
The initiative aligns with the Ministry of Finance’s e-invoicing mandate, which will begin voluntary implementation in July 2026, followed by phased mandatory adoption from 2027. The mandate is expected to drive real-time financial governance, standardised tax compliance, and secure digital transactions across public and private sectors.
The joint solution combines SpendConsole’s AI-powered automation with CPX’s cybersecurity capabilities, offering organisations an integrated platform for compliance, secure data exchange, and continuous monitoring. By adopting structured XML-based invoicing, the platform aims to reduce manual errors and improve efficiency in both B2B and B2G transactions.

Beyond compliance, the platform supports broader finance transformation by embedding payment and treasury capabilities, enabling real-time cash flow visibility and improved working capital management for enterprises.
Hosted on Microsoft Azure, the solution ensures scalability, data sovereignty, and enterprise-grade security. CPX, a certified Microsoft partner, will deliver the platform as a secure, locally hosted service.
