The move is aimed at boosting supply chain transparency, reducing costs, and ensuring on-time delivery as the UAE’s property market gears up for a record handover of 120,000 units in 2026.
Through JAGGAER’s source-to-pay platform, IMKAN has streamlined supplier collaboration, contract management, and spend analytics, reducing procurement cycle times by 25% and cutting manual processes by over 40%. This transformation, the company said, will enable faster project mobilisation, greater cost predictability, and consistent build quality across its residential and mixed-use developments.
