What are some of the major technologies/solutions you have implemented to solve customer challenges?

When a threat actor evaluates a company’s attack surface, they’re probing for the right combination of vulnerabilities, misconfigurations and identity privileges that will give them the greatest level of access the fastest.

In October 2022, Tenable announced Tenable One – our new platform that combines the broadest vulnerability coverage spanning IT assets, cloud resources, containers, web apps and identity systems. It builds on the speed and breadth of vulnerability coverage from Tenable Research, and adds comprehensive analytics to prioritise actions and communicate cyber risk.

Tenable One allows organisations to translate technical asset, vulnerability and threat data into clear business insights and actionable intelligence. This enables Security Executives to focus efforts to prevent likely attacks and accurately communicate cyber risk to support optimal business performance.

What are other milestones you have achieved this year?

This year we completed our acquisition of Bit Discovery and launched Tenable.asm, enabling customers to continuously map the entire internet and discover connections to an organisation’s internet-facing assets, whether internal or external to their networks.

In addition to launching our brand new Tenable One platform, in the last year we’ve enhanced Tenable Cloud Security, adding Agentless Assessment and Live Results to Cloud Security Posture Management or CSPM and Vulnerability Management, providing a unified view of organisations’ cloud environments at scale without increasing cloud computing costs.

We achieved the Application Security distinction in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Security Competency for our cloud-native vulnerability management solution.

We also added Nessus Expert to our portfolio of trusted vulnerability assessment solutions, giving security consultants, pen testers and security practitioners extended external attack surface management capabilities and expanded visibility into cloud native environments.

What is your road map for 2023?

Given that the attack surface is continually expanding and changing, we’re evolving too. We’re listening to our customers and developing solutions that help them understand and address their business risk.
