Highest-scoring vendor across all evaluation criteria as the field expands to 25 competitors underscoring Securiti AI’s growing dominance in data security posture management.
Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, has announced that its Securiti AI platform has been named both a Leader and a Fast Mover in the 2026 GigaOm Radar for Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) retaining the Leader designation for the third year running while posting the highest scores of any vendor evaluated in this year’s report.
The recognition carries added weight given the scale of this year’s evaluation. GigaOm assessed 25 DSPM vendors nearly double the 14 reviewed in the previous edition reflecting the explosive growth of an industry grappling with shadow data repositories, AI-generated risk, and the complexity of governing data across hybrid environments. Against that expanded field, Securiti AI scored 4.8 out of 5 on Key Features, 4.7 on Emerging Features, and 4.8 on Business Criteria topping every scoring axis in the report.
“An agentic agent is only as trustworthy as the data it can access and act on. Securiti AI delivers the industry’s most advanced DSPM capabilities with its Data Command Graph providing a contextual engine that continuously maps relationships across all your data, identities, policies, and AI systems.”
— Rehan Jalil, President, Products & Technology, Veeam
GigaOm placed Securiti AI in the Innovation/Platform Play quadrant, citing the platform’s Data Command Graph a contextual engine that continuously maps relationships across data assets, identities, policies, and AI systems as a standout capability. The report also highlighted the platform’s multilayered AI security firewalls, which protect prompt, retrieval, and response layers, alongside an Identity-Data Graph for governing non-human identities including service accounts, API keys, and bot identities.
“Securiti Data Command Center provides a centralized solution that enables the safe use of data and GenAI for customers, providing insights across data discovery, classification, access governance, AI security, compliance automation, and breach management.”
— Paul Stringfellow, Analyst, GigaOm
Specific strengths called out by GigaOm included data lineage visibility across structured and unstructured environments, incident response and breach impact analytics, and on-premises repository support on par with cloud capabilities making it, in GigaOm’s words, “ideal for larger and more complex environments.”
