Veeam Named a Champion in Omdia’s 2026 Global Managed Backup and Disaster Recovery Leadership Matrix

Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, has been named a Champion, the highest category awarded, in Omdia’s 2026 Global Managed Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR) Leadership Matrix.

The report evaluated 15 BDR vendors across analyst assessment, ecosystem feedback and performance metrics. Veeam achieved the strongest Leadership positioning in the matrix, with Omdia recognizing its robust MSP ecosystem, portfolio competitiveness, partner strategy and market performance.

A key strength highlighted in the report is Veeam’s Veeam Cloud & Service Provider (VCSP) program, which includes more than 12,000 MSP partners worldwide. The company has also expanded its portfolio through organic innovation and strategic acquisitions, including its recent acquisition of Securiti AI.
