The move aims to fast-track ServiceNow’s Sales and Order Management growth and improve CRM workflows through greater efficiency, speed, and scalability. Logik.ai’s composable, AI-driven solution is set to transform sales operations across industries, enabling seamless experiences across all sales channels.

The acquisition builds on ServiceNow’s expanding CRM & Industry Workflows portfolio and integrates with recent innovations from its Yokohama platform release, continuing the company’s vision of connected, end-to-end customer experiences.
