Saviynt’s appointment of Kamel Heus as Vice President of Sales for the Middle East and Africa signals more than a leadership expansion it reflects the growing strategic importance of identity security in a region undergoing rapid cloud, AI and digital transformation.
Based in Dubai, Heus will lead Saviynt’s growth across the MEA region, including Turkey, with responsibilities spanning new business, customer expansion, renewals, channel development and the strengthening of the company’s regional go-to-market presence.

The timing is significant. As enterprises across banking, government, healthcare, energy, utilities and retail increasingly deploy AI-driven systems, the traditional concept of identity is rapidly expanding. Organizations must now govern not only employees and customers but also machines, applications and increasingly autonomous AI agents.
Saviynt’s regional strategy therefore places identity at the centre of enterprise cybersecurity transformation. The company is also focusing on expanding into Saudi Arabia, strengthening its partner ecosystem and developing local hosting capabilities to address growing requirements around data residency and in-region delivery.
Heus brings two decades of cybersecurity sales leadership, having held senior positions at Thales, Centrify now Delinea and Sophos. His experience in building regional businesses could prove particularly valuable as Saviynt competes for a larger share of the rapidly evolving identity security market.
