Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat OpenShift are available on G42 Cloud

Will further enhance G42 Cloud’s portfolio through the addition of Red Hat open hybrid cloud technologies

G42 Cloud announced the availability of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat OpenShift on G42 Cloud. This collaboration will enable public sector and regional enterprises to seamlessly move their Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat OpenShift workloads to G42 Cloud. As part of the engagement G42 Cloud has become a Red Hat Certified Cloud and Service Provider.

The collaboration will further enhance G42 Cloud’s portfolio through the addition of Red Hat open hybrid cloud technologies. Customers can now utilize Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat OpenShift on G42 Cloud infrastructure in order to create an enterprise offering with enhanced security capabilities for regional customers.

The official signing ceremony was hosted at G42 Cloud Headquarters in Abu Dhabi, with senior management teams from G42 Cloud and Red Hat in attendance.

Speaking on the occasion, G42 Cloud’s CEO, Talal Al Kaissi stated: “We are very excited to be working with Red Hat. Today many public sector entities and regional enterprises use Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat OpenShift, and with this collaboration we provide options to the regional entities to run their Red Hat workloads on a secure G42 Cloud environment. Together, we are confident that this collaboration will extend the power of Red Hat’s hybrid cloud offerings on G42 Cloud for regional entities to supercharge their digital transformation initiatives.”
