Omnix International launches AIoT platform to enable intelligent, resilient operations

Omnix International

Omnix International has unveiled its new Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) offerings, expanding its portfolio to deliver integrated, real-time operational intelligence across industries such as manufacturing, energy, and smart cities.

The launch marks a strategic step in Omnix’s efforts to unify engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital platforms, and AI into a cohesive framework designed to support outcome-driven operations. The AIoT solutions enable connected environments that can sense, analyze, and act in real time, improving efficiency, resilience, and responsiveness in mission-critical settings.

“Our approach brings together engineering, smart infrastructure, AI, automation, and cybersecurity into a single framework that delivers measurable business outcomes.” – Walid Gomaa

At the core of the offering is a multi-layered architecture combining AIoT, agentic AI, and conversational AI. AIoT acts as the data and sensing layer through connected devices and telemetry, while agentic AI introduces decision-making and automation capabilities. Conversational AI enables natural language interaction, allowing users from engineers to operators to engage with systems more intuitively.

According to Walid Gomaa, the company is focused on solving key enterprise challenges such as fragmented data, limited real-time visibility, and delayed operational response by linking physical assets with intelligent decision-making systems.

The launch comes as the GCC region, particularly the UAE and Saudi Arabia, accelerates investments in smart infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing sustainability and operational performance.

Omnix emphasized its ability not only to design but also to implement and scale AIoT environments, offering flexible engagement models including managed services, outcome-based delivery, and platform-led deployments. The company is already working with customers on initiatives spanning energy optimization, industrial intelligence, and edge-based AI systems for critical infrastructure.

With this move, Omnix aims to strengthen its position as a provider of end-to-end digital transformation solutions, enabling enterprises to harness AI-driven insights for improved operational outcomes.
