Nutanix and ChronoScale have announced a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating enterprise AI adoption by combining Nutanix’s hybrid cloud and agentic AI capabilities with ChronoScale’s accelerated compute platform and AI infrastructure services.
The collaboration is designed to address one of the biggest challenges facing enterprises today: deploying production-scale AI environments quickly while maintaining security, operational simplicity, and data sovereignty. By integrating their technologies, the companies plan to provide organizations with a unified platform for building, managing, and scaling AI workloads.
A key component of the partnership is the integration of Nutanix’s AI software portfolio with ChronoScale’s GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS), Token Factory, and Enterprise AI Foundry. This will enable organizations to access on-demand GPU resources, utilize pre-paid AI inference tokens, and deploy agentic AI workflows either on-premises or through elastic cloud-based infrastructure.

The companies also plan to integrate ChronoScale Foundry into customer environments through the Nutanix Kubernetes Platform, allowing enterprises to build and govern AI agents locally while keeping sensitive data, workflows, and models within their own security boundaries.
The partnership is further strengthened by both companies’ relationships with NVIDIA. ChronoScale will leverage NVIDIA HGX B300 systems, Spectrum-X networking, and NVIDIA AI Enterprise software to deliver production-ready AI infrastructure optimized for performance and scalability.
From an enterprise technology perspective, the alliance enables customers to move beyond AI experimentation and accelerate production deployments. Organizations gain flexible access to high-performance compute, simplified AI operations, stronger governance controls, and scalable infrastructure designed for next-generation agentic AI applications.
In addition to technology integration, Nutanix and ChronoScale will collaborate on joint solution development, go-to-market initiatives, proof-of-concept environments, and customer engagement programs targeting Global 2000 enterprises. The partnership aims to help organizations reduce complexity, accelerate time-to-value, and deploy secure, sovereign AI environments at scale.
