Can you highlight your performance in MEA in 2022?

The MEA region has been one of the top performing markets for ManageEngine in 2022. We registered a 35% growth in revenue in the region. We have grown significantly in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, both in terms of revenue and customers.

What are some of the major technologies/solutions you have implemented to solve customer challenges?

Endpoint management proved to be a big challenge for organisations post pandemic. Our unified endpoint solution, Endpoint Central, helps organisations manage and secure highly diversified device deployments, including servers, desktops, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, POS machines, OEMConfig devices, and other IoT endpoints. Yet another challenge we help customers with is compliance. They can meet regulatory compliance requirements, such as the PCI DSS, and data protection mandates with our IT management offerings.

Which are some of the industries that have adopted your technologies the most?

While ManageEngine has a diversified portfolio that can support the IT needs of organisations in any industry, we have seen a revenue growth of over 50% from the government sector. The tourism and logistics industries across the MEA region also saw good boosts after restrictions following the pandemic were loosened. In terms of customer count, the energy, real estate, and finance sectors have all seen the highest growth in 2022.

Please provide the names of some of the customers you have added this year?

We have added several new customers this year, most notably the biggest sovereign wealth fund in Saudi Arabia. Defence agencies across multiple governments in the MEA region also trust ManageEngine products for implementing ITIL and ITSM best practices. In addition, we have seen several players in the tourism industry across the MEA region turning to ManageEngine for their IT management needs.

What is your revenue growth expectation for this FY?

We hope to achieve a growth rate of more than 30%.

What are other milestones you achieved this year?

We have around 5,000 enterprise-level active customers in MEA. This is a milestone that we achieved in 2022.

What is your roadmap for 2023?

ManageEngine aims to be a unified, end-to-end operations management platform for digital enterprises. We will continue to enhance our IT management offerings by incorporating the latest advances in technology as part of our endeavour to provide a consistent and secure experience across every digital medium.
