Mannai Corporation Appoints Sumanta Roy to Lead ICT Growth Across Middle East and Africa

Mannai Corporation QPSC has appointed technology industry veteran Sumanta Roy as Group President for Information and Communication Technology (ICT), strengthening its leadership team as the company expands its technology business across the Middle East and Africa.

Roy will lead Mannai’s next phase of ICT growth, with a focus on expanding its capabilities across high-growth technology areas including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud computing, digital transformation, intelligent infrastructure and managed services.

Saudi Arabia will be a key strategic market for the Group, with Roy expected to drive the expansion of Mannai Information Technology Saudi Arabia while strengthening relationships with customers and global technology partners.

His experience and perspective will be invaluable as we strengthen our leadership and accelerate our ambitions across strategic markets,” said Alekh Grewal, Group Chief Executive Officer, Mannai Corporation QPSC.

Roy brings more than three decades of leadership experience in IT services, business transformation and regional market development. Prior to joining Mannai, he served as President and Regional Head for the Middle East and Africa at Tata Consultancy Services, where he led business growth, customer engagement and market expansion across the region.

His appointment comes as enterprises across the Middle East and Africa accelerate investments in AI, cloud and digital transformation. Mannai aims to bring greater integration and scale across its ICT businesses while building sustainable and profitable growth across strategic markets.
