JAGGAER

JAGGAER, a global leader in AI-powered source-to-pay and supplier collaboration software, has appointed seasoned procurement executive Craig Cuffie to its Board of Directors, reinforcing its strategic focus on intelligent, technology-driven procurement transformation.

Cuffie currently serves as Group Chief Procurement Officer at HSBC, where he oversees global sourcing strategy, supplier governance, third-party risk frameworks, net-zero sustainability operations, and corporate real estate. His addition to the board is expected to further strengthen JAGGAER’s ability to guide enterprises through rising supply chain complexities and rapidly evolving spend management priorities.

With a career spanning multiple industries, Cuffie has been instrumental in repositioning procurement as a key driver of business performance. Prior to HSBC, he served as Chief Procurement Officer at Salesforce, where he led procurement strategy for one of the world’s largest enterprise software firms. His experience also includes senior leadership roles in operations and supply chain at Intuit, along with contributions across financial services, aerospace and defense, and consumer goods sectors.

Announcing the appointment, JAGGAER CEO Andrew Roszko emphasized Cuffie’s proven leadership in transforming procurement functions into strategic assets. “Craig has a strong track record of turning procurement into a competitive advantage at some of the world’s most complex organizations,” Roszko said, noting that his expertise will help accelerate the company’s vision for AI-driven, procurement-native solutions.

“I’m excited to support a company that is uniquely positioned to help organizations build more resilient, intelligent, and agile supply chains.” Craig Cuffie

Cuffie’s professional journey has been closely aligned with digital transformation, advanced analytics adoption, and responsible sourcing practices. He has led large-scale operational improvements across manufacturing, logistics, and supplier ecosystems, helping organizations enhance resilience, efficiency, and long-term growth.

The appointment was facilitated through Vista Equity Partners’ external board program, which identifies and places experienced leaders within portfolio companies. Vista, a global technology investor and JAGGAER stakeholder, launched the initiative in 2017 to strengthen corporate governance and innovation leadership.

JAGGAER continues to expand its capabilities through its AI-powered JAGGAER One platform, enabling organizations to simplify procurement processes, reduce risk, and unlock greater value from their supply chains.
