Intersec Saudi Arabia Announces Advisory Committees to Shape Future Security and Fire Safety Agendas

Intersec Saudi

Intersec Saudi Arabia has announced the formation of advisory committees for its flagship Future Security Summit and Fire Protection & Technology Summit, bringing together industry leaders to address emerging challenges in security, safety, and resilience across the Kingdom.

Scheduled to take place from November 16–18, 2026, at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center, the event will align closely with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, focusing on safeguarding the nation’s rapid economic and infrastructure development.

The newly formed committees comprise experts from leading organizations including the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Saudi Aramco, Dubai Airports, Red Sea Global, King Fahd International Airport, and the Royal Commission for AlUla. Their role will be to guide conference agendas and ensure that discussions reflect real-world challenges faced by industries across the region.

“The advisory committees bring together professionals with decades of operational, strategic, and technical experience… ensuring the events address real-world challenges while delivering practical insights,” said Riham Sedik, Exhibition Director, Intersec Saudi Arabia.

Key themes for the summits will include AI-driven security operations, cyber-physical convergence, resilience planning, predictive risk management, and next-generation fire protection strategies. Industry experts note that as sectors such as aviation, tourism, and logistics expand rapidly, managing security risks is becoming increasingly complex.

“The key challenge today is managing rapid growth while maintaining secure, resilient environments,” said Yusuf Hasan, Senior Aviation Security Advisor at ICAO.

On the fire safety front, the focus is shifting toward risk-informed and performance-based engineering, moving beyond traditional compliance models to more proactive, predictive approaches.

With over 25,000 visitors and 500+ exhibitors expected, Intersec Saudi Arabia 2026 will serve as a critical platform for collaboration among policymakers, developers, and technology providers, driving innovation in security and fire protection for the Kingdom’s next phase of growth.
