DXC Technology has unveiled a new AI-first Customer Experience Center in Bengaluru, strengthening its presence in India and expanding its global network of innovation and customer collaboration hubs. The new 200,000-square-foot facility is among DXC’s largest global delivery centers and is designed to help enterprises accelerate their journey from AI experimentation to large-scale deployment.
Located in one of Bengaluru’s key technology corridors, the center brings together immersive customer engagement spaces, AI innovation labs, consulting expertise, and operational capabilities under one roof. The facility features Customer Experience Zones, Co-Creation Labs, Ideation Studios, Fluid Collaboration Hubs, and Partner Experience Zones, enabling customers, partners, and DXC experts to jointly design, test, and scale AI-driven business solutions.
“Our new Customer Experience Center brings together our exceptional engineering talent in a space designed for deeper collaboration with customers and partners, where we can co-create, engineer, and scale AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges.” — Ramnath Venkataraman, President, Consulting & Engineering Services, DXC Technology
At the heart of the facility is DXC’s flagship AI Hub, created to help organizations transform AI concepts into deployable enterprise solutions. The center supports hands-on development, rapid prototyping, and integration of AI technologies with existing business applications and mission-critical systems.
The Bengaluru hub also houses advanced operational capabilities, including a Cyber Range, Security Operations Center (SOC), Forensics Labs, and Network Operations Center (NOC). These integrated environments allow enterprises to simulate, deploy, monitor, and optimize AI-powered solutions while maintaining security, resilience, and operational efficiency.
According to DXC, the facility reflects growing demand from enterprises seeking practical ways to implement AI across their businesses. The company aims to help organizations identify high-value use cases, accelerate innovation cycles, and integrate AI into core operations across industries.
Rob Le Busque, President of Asia Pacific & Japan at DXC Technology, said the new center combines consulting, engineering, and operational expertise to help customers build connected enterprises where employees and AI agents work together to drive business outcomes.
The launch further reinforces Bengaluru’s position as a global technology and AI innovation hub while highlighting DXC’s commitment to helping enterprises unlock measurable value from artificial intelligence at scale.
