Veteran Leader to Drive Strategic Alliances and Channel Growth Across Asia Pacific, Japan & Greater China
Dell Technologies has announced the appointment of Ravi Bharadwaj as the new Vice President, Partner Ecosystem for Asia Pacific Japan & Greater China (APJC). He succeeds Manish Gupta, who was recently named President and Managing Director for Dell Technologies India.
In his new role, Ravi will lead the company’s Global Alliances sales execution and strategy across the APJC region. He will also oversee channel and distribution engagement, reinforcing Dell’s commitment to strengthening its partner ecosystem and accelerating growth in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.
Ravi brings over two decades of experience at Dell Technologies, having held a variety of leadership roles across sales, marketing, strategy, and business development. His deep understanding of regional markets and his ability to drive transformation have made him a key figure in Dell’s growth story.
Most recently, Ravi served as Regional Vice President & General Manager for OEM | Embedded and Edge Solutions in APJC, where he led the OEM Embedded Computing business. His leadership was instrumental in expanding Dell’s footprint in edge computing and embedded solutions across the region.
Based in Singapore, Ravi is well-positioned to lead Dell’s partner strategy in a region that is rapidly embracing digital transformation. His appointment underscores Dell Technologies’ focus on building a resilient and future-ready partner network that can meet the evolving needs of customers.
