Dataiku has announced the launch of Cobuild on Snowflake, a new integration designed to help enterprises transform natural-language business intent into governed AI agents and production-ready workflows directly within the Snowflake AI Data Cloud.
The new offering combines Snowflake Cortex AI’s native access to leading large language models with Dataiku’s enterprise AI orchestration capabilities, enabling organizations to accelerate AI development while maintaining governance, transparency, and operational control.
According to Dataiku, the launch builds on growing momentum between the two companies, which already support hundreds of joint enterprise customers globally.
Florian Douetteau said many enterprises are struggling to operationalize AI responsibly because existing AI coding assistants often generate opaque workflows that are difficult to validate or govern.
“Enterprises cannot afford to unleash opaque, unvalidated workflows into environments where accuracy, compliance, safety, and cost control matter,” said Florian Douetteau.
“With Cobuild on Snowflake, organizations can bring the speed of AI-assisted development into a governed process with visual workflows that teams can inspect, validate, and improve before production,” Douetteau said.
Cobuild allows users to describe business objectives in natural language such as preparing data, improving machine learning models, or creating AI agents and automatically generates visual Dataiku workflows for analytics, AI applications, and automation processes. Unlike traditional code-generation tools, the workflows remain inspectable and editable, allowing technical teams and governance leaders to review and approve processes before deployment.
Baris Gultekin said the integration will help enterprises operationalize trusted AI systems at scale.
“With Dataiku’s Cobuild, customers can accelerate how business intent is translated into visual, governed workflows that can be inspected, optimized, and operationalized at scale,” Gultekin said.
The integration extends existing collaboration between the companies across Snowpark Container Services, Cortex Agents, Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, and real-time machine learning inference capabilities.
Dataiku said Cobuild on Snowflake will initially be available to existing joint customers before expanding to broader Snowflake users interested in integrating Dataiku into their AI environments.
