What are the key products and solutions that you will be showcasing at GITEX 2022?
As a Titanium Partner of Dell, Cloud Box Technologies will be focusing on Dell EMC PowerStore Storage as well as the advanced Dell EMC VxRail Hyperconverged Infrastructure solution at the event.
There will also be an emphasis on showcasing the company’s cybersecurity offerings which have been strengthened over the last year with best of breed global vendor partnerships. Additionally, we will also highlight our inhouse infrastructure that enables us to provide customers with seamless services.
Cloud Box Technologies is looking at showcasing smart digital transformation for both the small and large enterprise and how the company is capable of addressing customers’ individual needs within individual budgets. We will also highlight the specialized capabilities of being a Systems Integrator that is equipped to tackle on-prem digitization, a strong NOC as well as how we are pre-emptive in the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service capabilities.
Digitization is the buzzword and Cloud Box Technologies has been working with customers to enable them to realize these goals. Visitors to the stand at GITEX will get a glimpse on how we manage their customers’ digital transformation expectations.
Can you highlight what your aim to achieve from your participation in the event?
As a trusted Systems Integrator, Cloud Box Technologies has a range of services and solutions that are offered to customers across several industries including healthcare, banking and finance, retail, manufacturing, education, to name a few. We look looking forward to interacting with all our current and future customers who will be attending this important event in the IT world.
Cloud Box Technologies will be represented by the senior management team to be able to provide a better understanding of the company’s offerings. GITEX provides the opportunity to interact with industry peers as well as to be aware of the innovations and advanced solutions that are being showcased by both global as well as local vendors. How would you describe your competitive advantage as a Systems Integrator?
With years of combined technical expertise in the Middle East, Cloud Box Technologies has partnered with Global IT companies providing local support services – all delivered by vendor certified engineers. Solutions include Data Center, Storage, Server, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Network Security, Server Managed and Desktop Virtualization.
The organization works with talented professionals’ that help clients define the strategies to evaluate, design, develop and implement systems and processes that best achieve their Digital Transformation goals. CBT also provides the best combination of value and expertise required to deploy bespoke IT solutions to drive growth. We believe that quality breeds quality and success is a by-product.
What are the challenges that most companies face currently and how do you support them?
All revolutionary changes call for skilled resources to implement advanced and innovative solutions. The primary challenges revolve around allocation of adequate budgets and constraints on skilled resources. Any transformation journey requires a tremendous amount of hand holding as technology migration is not an easy task to manage with limited resources.
This is exactly where we as Systems Integrators such as CBT step in to target and tackle. Our primary role is to provide smooth execution of a customers’ digital transformation journey. We is actively involved with our customers’ requirements along the strategy, planning and implementation stages. And our skilled resources play a pivotal role in these implementations.
What are your focus areas over the next few months?
Cloud Box technologies has been proactively focusing on the post-pandemic customer requirements and are consulting for several other customers who are now consolidating the IT implementations that were put in place to tackle the situation at that time.
With complexity around protection, we are developing our strengths around MDR which is a fledgling service. Additionally, are formalising its efforts in making some announcements in the Cloud domain shortly. Both these services will enable the company to provide an unparalleled customer experience.
