DXC Launches AI-Native Workplace Services to Enhance Employee Productivity and IT Efficiency

DXC Technology has introduced DXC Workplace Services, a new AI-native workplace offering designed to improve employee productivity, enhance workplace experiences, and streamline IT operations without requiring organizations to deploy additional tools or platforms.

The new service is powered by DXC OASIS, the company’s intelligent orchestration platform that combines human expertise with agentic AI workflows to deliver proactive and personalized workplace support. The offering is aimed at helping enterprises overcome challenges caused by fragmented technology environments, disconnected workflows, and reactive support models that can hinder employee performance and increase operational complexity.

DXC Workplace Services focuses on creating a people-centered digital workplace by aligning technology experiences with the way employees work. The platform provides support through employees’ preferred communication channels, including email, chat, and voice, enabling faster issue resolution and reducing workplace disruptions.

“Enterprises should not have to choose between advancing business priorities, improving IT efficiency, and delivering a stronger employee experience. We designed DXC Workplace Services to help organizations achieve these objectives simultaneously.”

According to DXC, the solution is built on three core principles: designing workplace experiences around employees, orchestrating services across existing technology investments, and leveraging Human+ agentic AI to anticipate needs and automate workflows. By integrating these elements, organizations can modernize workplace operations while maximizing the value of their current technology landscape.

The company said customers can achieve measurable business outcomes through the service, including a 40% reduction in operational complexity, 60% fewer service desk calls, and resolution of 50% of device issues before employees notice them. DXC also estimates that the platform can return more than 15 hours of productivity per employee each month.

With AI increasingly becoming central to enterprise operations, DXC Workplace Services represents the company’s latest effort to help organizations create more intelligent, connected, and employee-focused digital workplaces while driving operational efficiency and business performance.
