Kudo Advisory has officially launched in the UAE with a focus on helping enterprises transform AI investments into measurable and scalable business outcomes across the Middle East.
Headquartered in Dubai, the new consulting firm has been founded by Vijay Jaswal, former Regional CTO at IFS and Software AG. The company aims to address growing concerns among enterprises struggling to move beyond AI pilot projects and achieve tangible operational returns from AI initiatives.
Kudo Advisory will provide AI-focused consulting services spanning strategy development, governance frameworks, operating model design, use-case prioritization, and execution support. The firm said its approach will focus on disciplined implementation and measurable business value rather than experimental AI deployments.
Vijay Jaswal said enterprises across the region are showing strong intent and significant investments in AI, but many continue to face challenges around identifying value, governance, and execution. He added that the company’s objective is to help organizations prioritize the right opportunities, establish governance guardrails, and ensure accountable delivery of AI programs.
“Many organisations are yet to see results from AI despite strong investments.” — Vijay Jaswal, Founder, Kudo Advisory
The launch comes as AI adoption accelerates across the Middle East. According to PwC Middle East, AI is expected to contribute up to US$320 billion to the regional economy by 2030, with the UAE projected to see some of the highest economic gains from AI-driven transformation.
Kudo Advisory said its services are designed to bridge the gap between AI ambition and operational reality by helping enterprises align AI initiatives with business priorities while ensuring governance, scalability, and long-term performance measurement.
The company also highlighted its emphasis on enterprise readiness, structured deployment, and sustainable adoption models aimed at enabling organizations to scale AI initiatives with confidence.
The name “Kudo” is derived from the Japanese word “駆動,” meaning drive or propulsion, reflecting the firm’s stated mission of helping enterprises convert AI intent into forward business momentum.
