Strategic alliance focuses on building AI infrastructure, platforms, and talent ecosystem to drive national-scale transformation
Magna AI has announced a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Corvit Networks to advance sovereign AI development across Pakistan, targeting government, enterprise, and academic sectors.
The collaboration combines Magna AI’s expertise in AI infrastructure, engineering, and governance with Corvit Networks’ strong presence across Pakistan’s technology ecosystem. Together, the companies aim to design, build, and operate scalable AI capabilities that enable organizations to deploy AI at both national and enterprise levels.
At the core of the partnership is the development of sovereign AI infrastructure, including data centers and AI factories tailored to meet national data residency and regulatory requirements. These capabilities are expected to support critical workloads across public and private sectors while ensuring security, compliance, and operational resilience.

“Artificial intelligence is rapidly becoming foundational to economic competitiveness and national innovation. Through this partnership, we aim to help Pakistan unlock the full potential of AI.”
— Dr. Moataz BinAli, CEO, Magna AI
Beyond infrastructure, the alliance will focus on building next-generation AI applications across key sectors. This includes use cases such as predictive intelligence, agentic AI systems, digital twins, and advanced analytics to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
Security and governance will remain central to the initiative, with enterprise-grade frameworks covering model protection, threat detection, and AI-driven cybersecurity operations. The partnership also aims to deliver end-to-end AI transformation services, enabling organizations to move from readiness assessments to full-scale deployment.
A major pillar of the collaboration is workforce development. The two companies plan to establish AI academies, certification programs, and executive education initiatives to equip Pakistan’s workforce with future-ready skills.
According to industry estimates, AI could contribute up to $10–20 billion to Pakistan’s digital economy by 2030, highlighting the strategic importance of such initiatives.
Kashif Ul Haq, CEO of Corvit Networks, said the partnership will strengthen Pakistan’s digital capabilities while preparing the next generation of AI talent.
The alliance marks a significant step in positioning Pakistan for long-term growth in the global AI economy.
