DXC becomes Customer Zero for ServiceNow’s Core Business Suite, embedding agentic AI across global operations

DXC Technology and ServiceNow have announced a multi-year strategic partnership aimed at accelerating AI-led enterprise transformation, moving organizations beyond experimentation toward real-world AI execution.

As part of the agreement, DXC Technology will act as Customer Zero for ServiceNow’s Core Business Suite, becoming the first global enterprise to deploy its agentic AI capabilities across core business functions. The initiative will embed AI-driven workflows into DXC’s Global Business Services model, enabling automation of high-volume processes, improved cross-functional visibility, and faster decision-making.

By leveraging ServiceNow’s AI platform, DXC aims to unify enterprise operations through digital agents capable of monitoring systems in real time, surfacing insights, and proactively resolving issues. This shift is expected to significantly reduce manual effort while allowing teams to focus on higher-value innovation and strategic tasks.

Importantly, DXC will convert its internal transformation into a replicable framework for customers, creating a library of validated AI use cases and automation patterns that can be deployed globally for faster time-to-value.

Global enterprises are under real pressure to move from AI experimentation to execution and that’s hard when operations are complex and fragmented. DXC made the decision to go first,” said Josh Kahn, SVP and GM, Core Business Workflows at ServiceNow.

“Putting ServiceNow’s Core Business Suite to work inside DXC allows us to prove what AI-powered operations look like in practice,” said Russell Jukes, Chief Digital Information Officer at DXC. “That hands-on experience ensures we can deliver solutions that are practical, scalable, and built for real-world execution.”

The collaboration builds on a 17-year relationship between the two companies and strengthens their joint AI Innovation Center of Excellence, established to accelerate enterprise AI adoption through proven frameworks and industrialized AI assets.

With over 1,800 ServiceNow consultants globally, DXC is positioning itself as a key enabler for organizations navigating complex, multivendor environments helping them deploy governed, human-centric AI while optimizing existing technology investments.

As enterprises increasingly seek tangible ROI from AI initiatives, the DXC-ServiceNow partnership reflects a broader industry shift from pilot projects to scalable, enterprise-wide AI transformation.
