Alteryx Strengthens IMEA & APAC Leadership With Sabya Sen Appointment

Alteryx

Alteryx has expanded its regional leadership bench with the appointment of Sabya Sen as Vice President for India, Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific (IMEA & APAC). The move underscores the company’s focus on accelerating AI and analytics adoption across some of the world’s most rapidly transforming economies.

Sen will oversee regional strategy, customer success, and the scaling of the Alteryx One platform, which aims to help enterprises unlock governed, AI‑ready analytics at scale. His appointment comes at a time when the Middle East and APAC markets have emerged as global centers of AI investment, fuelled by national digital agendas and enterprise demand for automation.

Sen brings extensive experience leading high‑growth markets. Most recently, he headed the UKI & Emerging Markets Europe business at Alteryx, where he delivered strong commercial results and built high‑performing regional teams. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at Salesforce in leadership roles across insurance, financial services, and healthcare, helping organizations modernize data workflows and strengthen digital operations.

“AI momentum across these regions is unmatched, and our focus is on helping customers turn that momentum into real outcomes.” — Sabya Sen, Vice President for India, Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific

Across the IMEA and APAC regions, governments are pushing ambitious transformation strategies such as Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the UAE’s We the UAE 2031 aimed at diversifying economies and accelerating innovation. While global spending on AI continues to rise, many enterprises remain stuck in early‑stage experimentation, highlighting the need for scalable platforms that can move organizations from pilots to production.

In his new role, Sen will focus on helping enterprises advance from proof‑of‑concept AI projects to full‑scale deployments using secure, governed, and enterprise‑ready analytics.

“Across the Middle East, India, and Asia-Pacific, the momentum around AI and data innovation is unlike anything we’ve seen before,” Sen said. “Our priority is to help customers convert that momentum into real outcomes that drive growth, diversification, and long-term value.”

Jason Janicke, Senior Vice President for EMEA & APJ at Alteryx, said Sen has consistently raised the bar within the organization. “Sabya has delivered results, built strong teams, and demonstrated extraordinary focus and discipline. We’re excited to see the impact he will bring to this expanded role.”
