New AI-driven integrations across observability, automation, and cloud security strengthen Dynatrace’s position as a leading partner for enterprises modernizing on AWS.

At AWS re:Invent 2025, Dynatrace unveiled a significant expansion of its collaboration with Amazon Web Services, announcing deeper integrations across observability, DevOps, autonomous development agents, and cloud security. The company also achieved the AWS Agentic AI Specialization—a newly launched category under the AWS AI Competency framework—and secured a major global recognition as the AWS Public Sector Technology Partner of the Year for LATAM.

The dual achievements reflect Dynatrace’s growing influence in government, education, and nonprofit digital transformation across the Latin American region, building on its 2024 success as the EMEA Technology Partner of the Year. The awards will be celebrated at the Partner Awards Gala during re:Invent 2025.

“Achieving the AWS Agentic AI Specialization and being recognized as a Partner of the Year underscores our shared commitment to empowering organizations in the AI era,” said Jay Snyder, SVP, Global Partner and Alliances at Dynatrace. “Together, Dynatrace and AWS are helping customers turn cloud complexity into a strategic advantage.”

At the event, Dynatrace introduced a wide suite of enhanced integrations with AWS services designed to reduce mean time to resolution, automate root cause analysis, and extend observability into agentic workflows. The Dynatrace Cloud Operations Solution now enables automatic discovery of new AWS services, seamless ingestion of native telemetry, and AI-driven dashboards that support cost control and modernization initiatives.

A notable highlight is the integration with the AWS DevOps Agent, enabling Dynatrace to deliver domain-specific context for faster troubleshooting and autonomous remediation. Additionally, Dynatrace is deepening its AI-driven development capabilities with the Kiro autonomous agent and new Kiro powers, helping developers accelerate feature delivery and reduce manual workload.

For enterprises adopting agentic architectures, Dynatrace is also offering AI Observability for Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, providing visibility, optimization, and governance across multi-agent systems. In parallel, integration with AWS Security Hub strengthens real-time security posture management across cloud workloads.

With these innovations and recognitions, Dynatrace is positioning itself as a critical partner for enterprises navigating the next phase of cloud modernization—one defined by autonomous operations, intelligent observability, and secure, AI-powered transformation.
