Rubrik, the Security and AI Operations company, has formally entered the Saudi Arabian market through a strategic partnership with Echelon Digital Group, marking a significant expansion of its global presence. The collaboration establishes Rubrik’s first local footprint in the Kingdom and is aimed at strengthening national cyber resilience as Saudi organizations accelerate their digital transformation journeys in line with Vision 2030.
Announcing the partnership, Bipul Sinha, CEO, Chairman and Co-founder of Rubrik, said the Kingdom represents one of the world’s most ambitious and digitally advanced economies. “Through this partnership with Echelon Digital, we are building a strong local foundation to help organizations across the Kingdom protect their data and accelerate secure digital transformation in line with Vision 2030 — and we will continue to prioritize our investments here,” he said.
Echelon Digital Group, a technology holding company focused on transformation, cybersecurity, and AI-led innovation, will work with Rubrik to deliver advanced data protection, cyber recovery, and governance solutions to enterprises across sectors such as energy, financial services, and government.
Highlighting the significance of the partnership, H.H. Prince Khalid Bin Bader Al Saud, Executive Chairman of Echelon Digital, said Saudi Arabia’s ambition to become a global tech hub relies on building deep digital trust and resilience. “Under the leadership of Bipul Sinha, Rubrik has set the global standard in cyber resilience and data security. Through this partnership, we are aligning that world-class expertise with the Kingdom’s vision to safeguard its digital future and enable sustainable, technology-driven growth,” he said.
Rubrik’s technology stack, including Rubrik Security Cloud and Rubrik Agent Cloud, is designed to deliver complete cyber resilience by securing, monitoring, and rapidly recovering data, identities, and workloads across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. This will be particularly valuable for Saudi organizations preparing for increasingly complex and AI-powered cyber threats.
Omar Saleh, CEO of Echelon Digital, added that the collaboration will help introduce global best practices in data security and accelerate Rubrik’s market growth in the region. Both companies plan to jointly expand their operations in Saudi Arabia and across the GCC, backed by localized capabilities and long-term investment.
The partnership reflects the Kingdom’s ongoing commitment to strengthening cybersecurity readiness, enhancing digital sovereignty, and enabling secure national digital infrastructure under Vision 2030.
