Aboitiz Power Group Realizes 451% ROI through Kissflow’s Low-Code Platform

In a powerful testament to the business value of low-code transformation, SN Aboitiz Power Group (SNAP), one of the Philippines’ leading renewable energy companies, achieved a 451% return on investment and a payback period of less than three months after deploying Kissflow’s low-code platform to digitize and unify workflows across its operations.

The findings, revealed in an independent ROI study by Nucleus Research, underscore how low-code development can redefine efficiency and innovation within large, asset-intensive enterprises. With Kissflow, SNAP built over 114 custom applications to replace legacy systems, improve HR and maintenance processes, and enable 19 citizen developers to create digital solutions independently — reducing IT backlog while driving operational agility.

“Empowering employees with low-code tools isn’t just about automation — it’s about unleashing innovation from within.”

“Kissflow offers us powerful integration capabilities, enabling smooth connections with other systems and data sources for enhanced workflow automation,” said Maria Theresa Cabigon, CIO, SN Aboitiz Power Group. The transformation also delivered measurable financial outcomes, including annual savings of approximately US$61,000 in infrastructure and support costs and up to 10% operational efficiency gains.

The Nucleus Research ROI Award 2025 recognized SNAP’s achievement as a model for digital transformation done right — agile, scalable, and employee-driven.

According to Rakesh Nandakumar, AVP – APAC at Kissflow, “This study validates the measurable business impact that Kissflow brings to enterprises. SNAP’s success shows how organizations can accelerate digital transformation, empower employees, and achieve extraordinary ROI with our platform.”

Expanding the perspective to the regional market, Sujay Patil, Regional Director – MEA, Kissflow, noted that the Middle East’s energy sector is undergoing a similar digital reinvention. “Low-code platforms such as Kissflow empower enterprises to build smarter, connected systems faster — unlocking innovation while addressing the sector’s evolving challenges and sustainability goals,” he said.

Kissflow’s platform, with both no-code and low-code capabilities, continues to help global organizations streamline workflows, integrate systems, and modernize operations — proving that agility, governance, and innovation can thrive together.
