New CLAIRE Agents and AI governance tools strengthen data trust, productivity, and responsible AI development.

As the world transitions into the era of Agentic AI, Informatica has unveiled its Fall 2025 release of the Intelligent Data Management Cloud™ (IDMC)—introducing a suite of powerful innovations designed to help enterprises connect, manage, and govern data for next-generation AI applications.

The release marks a major step toward autonomous data management with the introduction of CLAIRE® Agents, intelligent assistants capable of handling complex data tasks—from discovery and quality assurance to pipeline creation—using natural language commands. By automating these processes, Informatica aims to free data teams from repetitive work, enabling faster and more accurate decision-making.

Complementing this is CLAIRE GPT, which enhances planning, automation, and conversational design of data workflows. Informatica has also launched CLAIRE Copilot for Master Data Management (MDM), allowing users to access trusted, context-aware insights within business applications—improving the reliability of AI-driven outcomes.

A key highlight is the new no-code AI Agent Framework, which enables organizations to build and orchestrate custom AI agents with built-in validation, observability, and governance. Through the AI Agent Hub (Private Preview), users gain access to pre-built, domain-specific agents that integrate seamlessly with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Snowflake.

Informatica has also expanded its AI governance and privacy capabilities, enabling enterprises to classify unstructured data for generative AI use cases while maintaining data integrity across platforms like Databricks, AWS Redshift, and Microsoft Fabric.

Additionally, the company introduced Agentic Product Information Management (PIM) for Product 360 and the MDM Extension for Agentforce, bridging Salesforce-native AI agents with governed master data to enhance customer engagement workflows.

With these innovations, Informatica reinforces its leadership in trusted, AI-ready data ecosystems, empowering enterprises to navigate the future of autonomous intelligence securely and responsibly.
