Seasoned leader to drive AI-native security innovation as company enters next phase of growth
SentinelOne, the AI-native cybersecurity leader, has appointed Ana Pinczuk as President of Product & Technology. Effective immediately, Pinczuk will oversee the company’s global product and technology organization, spanning research and development, AI and platform engineering, product management, and technology operations.
With nearly three decades of experience in scaling SaaS and cybersecurity businesses, Pinczuk brings both strategic and technical depth to her new role. She has served on SentinelOne’s Board of Directors since 2022, giving her a strong grasp of the company’s culture, roadmap, and long-term vision. Her previous leadership roles include senior executive positions at HPE, Anaplan, Veritas, Symantec, Cisco, and AT&T, alongside board service at several high-growth SaaS and security firms.
She succeeds Ric Smith, who has held multiple technology leadership roles at SentinelOne since 2021 and is departing to pursue new opportunities.
