TCS to modernize Jazeera’s digital ecosystem with agentic AI, platform engineering, and customer-centric innovations aimed at scaling operations and boosting revenue diversification.

Jazeera Airways, Kuwait’s leading low-cost carrier, has selected Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as its strategic technology partner to spearhead a large-scale, AI-led digital transformation initiative. The partnership marks Jazeera’s first major IT transformation program as it celebrates 20 years of operations and gears up for its next growth chapter.

By leveraging TCS’ agentic AI, digital engineering, and aviation expertise, the initiative aims to reimagine Jazeera’s digital channels—website, mobile apps, and chatbot—delivering personalized, intuitive, and scalable customer experiences. TCS will also implement a modern digital commerce ecosystem with an intelligent offer engine, 360° customer insights hub, a retail-focused ancillary platform, and a unified payment gateway.

“At the heart of our vision is a seamless, customer-centric travel experience. We are pleased to partner with TCS as we embark on this phase of our digital growth.”

The transformation is designed to support Jazeera’s ambition to triple its passenger capacity and significantly grow its direct digital revenues by 2029. TCS will also introduce a generative AI-powered assistant and a streamlined group booking platform to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

“This partnership reflects our commitment to helping global enterprises perpetually adapt and grow,” said K Krithivasan, CEO & MD, TCS. “By combining domain knowledge with next-gen technology, we will help Jazeera create a future-ready, intelligent digital foundation.”

With this alliance, TCS deepens its footprint in the Middle East’s aviation sector, reinforcing its role as a digital transformation partner of choice across the region.
