ServiceNow Names Saif Mashat as Area Vice President for MEA

ServiceNow has announced the appointment of Saif Mashat as Area Vice President for the Middle East and Africa (MEA), effective April 1, 2025. In his new role, Mashat will oversee the company’s operations and strategy across the region while continuing to lead ServiceNow’s business in Saudi Arabia.

Mashat brings extensive experience from leading global technology firms, including VMware, IBM, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft. He has a strong track record of scaling technology businesses and product lines to market-leading positions. His leadership is expected to strengthen ServiceNow’s presence in the MEA region and drive digital transformation for customers.
