ServiceNow

New platform integrates any AI, agent, or model, backed by partnerships with Microsoft, NVIDIA, Google, and Oracle

ServiceNow has launched the ServiceNow AI Platform, a reimagined enterprise platform designed to put any AI, any agent, and any model to work across business functions. Announced at Knowledge 2025, the platform addresses the pressing need for unified, intelligent operations by embedding orchestration, data, and AI into one scalable system.

Designed for the agentic AI era, the platform features innovations like the AI Control Tower, a centralized command center for managing third-party and native AI models; the AI Agent Fabric, a coordination layer enabling agents to work seamlessly across vendors; and a next-gen AI-powered CRM unifying customer engagement from sales to support.

“We are the only ones who can orchestrate AI, data, and workflows on a single platform. Now is the moment to unlock tomorrow’s opportunities with ServiceNow as the AI operating system of the 21st century.”

— Bill McDermott, Chairman and CEO, ServiceNow

In collaboration with NVIDIA, ServiceNow also introduced Apriel Nemotron 15B, a new reasoning LLM optimized for performance and enterprise-scale agentic AI operations.

The platform’s ecosystem-first approach is further strengthened by integrations with Microsoft, Google, and Oracle, enabling customers to unlock end-to-end automation across legacy and modern systems.

According to ServiceNow’s Enterprise AI Maturity Index, 55% of early adopters of agentic AI are already seeing improved gross margins—an indicator of the tangible business impact the new platform aims to scale.

With the ServiceNow AI Platform, the company positions itself as the foundation for the “integrated enterprise,” ushering in a new standard for enterprise-wide AI adoption.
