Veteran industry leader to accelerate digital innovation and AI-driven growth across the Middle East and Africa
NTT DATA appoints Hani Nofal as Regional Head for Technology Solutions, Middle East and Africa (MEA). Effective May 1, 2025, Nofal will be responsible for driving growth, innovation, and regional strategy for the company’s technology solutions portfolio.
With over 27 years of experience in the IT and digital transformation landscape, Nofal brings proven leadership in building high-performance teams and scaling technology businesses. His expertise spans security, cloud, networking, and AI-driven solutions.

Prior to NTT DATA, Nofal served as Managing Director of Advance Solutions Corp. for EMEA and held senior executive roles at Gulf Business Machines (GBM), where he was also a board member of Coordinates ME. His earlier stints at Cisco, 3Com, DEC, and Compaq have shaped him into a trusted industry voice.
Nofal holds a BSc in Electrical and Communication Engineering from the University of Jordan and completed executive education in Leadership and Sustainability from MIT. He is a recipient of numerous industry accolades, including “Technology Innovation Leader of the Year.”
