Global cybersecurity leader Forcepoint today announced the appointment of Eva Klein as Chief Customer Officer, marking a pivotal move to strengthen customer success as a cornerstone of the company’s growth strategy. Klein will lead Forcepoint’s global customer success organization, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and long-term value realization for customers operationalizing data security in the AI era. She reports directly to Rick Hanson, President of Go-to-Market.

As organizations embrace AI-driven workflows and synthetic data, traditional security models are under pressure. With over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity and customer success, Klein brings a proven track record of building global organizations that deliver measurable outcomes. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Global Customer Success at Mimecast, following leadership roles at HubSpot and Rapid7 during periods of rapid growth and platform expansion.
