Dynatrace

Joint innovation aims to scale intelligent automation and deliver proactive, self-healing operations

Dynatrace and ServiceNow have announced a multi-year strategic collaboration to accelerate autonomous IT operations and scale intelligent automation for joint enterprise customers. The partnership brings together Dynatrace’s AI-powered observability and ServiceNow’s AI-driven IT service and operations management to deliver proactive, self-healing systems across cloud-native and hybrid environments.

As organizations increasingly adopt agentic AI to drive operational efficiency, the two companies are aligning their platforms to enable real-time root cause analysis, predictive insights, and automated remediation. Dynatrace’s deterministic and agentic AI capabilities will work in tandem with ServiceNow’s AIOps and AI agents to streamline service delivery and optimize digital experiences.

“We help customers anticipate issues, coordinate remediation, and continuously optimize services by combining deterministic and agentic AI.”

“Autonomous IT is the future, and our collaboration with Dynatrace is about accelerating Zero Outage outcomes for enterprises today,” said Rahul Tripathi, Group Vice President and General Manager, ITSM and ITOM at ServiceNow. “By bringing together real-time, AI-powered observability from Dynatrace with ServiceNow’s AI-powered IT Service & Operations Management, we’re empowering IT teams to move beyond traditional operations into a new era of proactive systems that continuously learn, adapt, and self-heal at scale.”

“Dynatrace and ServiceNow are partnering to turn real-time observability into trustworthy, autonomous action across the software delivery lifecycle,” added Steve Tack, Chief Product Officer at Dynatrace. “We help customers anticipate issues, coordinate remediation, and continuously optimize services by combining deterministic and agentic AI, bringing them closer to autonomous prevention, remediation, and optimization at enterprise scale.”

In a reciprocal move, Dynatrace will deploy ServiceNow for enterprise service management, HR service delivery, and asset management, while ServiceNow will leverage Dynatrace’s observability platform to enhance its own digital operations. These internal deployments will inform future product enhancements and improve integration outcomes for customers.

Together, the companies are shaping a future where intelligent automation and AI-powered observability converge to deliver resilient, efficient, and autonomous IT operations.
