DXC and 7AI Launch AI-Powered Agentic SOC to Redefine Managed Security Services

Strategic global partnership introduces autonomous AI agents to accelerate threat response, reduce costs, and scale security operations

DXC Technology has partnered with 7AI, the pioneers of agentic security, to launch the DXC Agentic Security Operations Center (SOC) — a first-of-its-kind managed security service powered by autonomous AI agents.

This new offering automates critical SOC workflows from alert triage to threat investigation and remediation, enabling customers to respond faster to cyber threats while significantly reducing operational overhead. The DXC Agentic SOC is now globally available, backed by DXC’s 25 security delivery centers and real-time intelligence processing of over 4.5 million threats daily.

“The future of security operations isn’t about more tools or more automation—it’s about intelligent AI agents delivering better outcomes,” said Chris Drumgoole, President of Global Infrastructure Services at DXC. “Through our partnership with 7AI, we’re helping customers scale with speed and accuracy while reducing costs.”

7AI’s platform, already saving customers over 224,000 analyst hours and $11.2 million in productivity, uses Dynamic Reasoning to autonomously determine investigative paths for unknown threats — without relying on static playbooks. Customers using the DXC Agentic SOC can expect investigation time savings of 30 minutes to 2.5 hours per incident, with major reductions in false positives.

“DXC’s global reach and deep cyber operations make them the ideal partner to deliver truly agentic security,” said Lior Div, CEO and Co-Founder of 7AI. “Together, we’re entering a new era where AI agents enable security teams to focus entirely on strategic outcomes.”

The offering also includes expert support from DXC’s incident response teams and tailored GRC (governance, risk, compliance) services, with 7AI’s learning agents continuously improving through anonymized threat telemetry from across DXC’s customer base — without compromising client privacy.
